For reservations or inquiries regarding your temporary housing stay, and to ensure you receive Northeastern discounted pricing, please submit a request below.

Under the Comments/ Questions area of the Housing Request Form, please include your roommate's name(s) and contact information and if you will need to be close to public transportation. It is advised that you select a roommate(s) prior to contacting Oakwood.

This request will be forwarded to an assigned account coordinator for the location that you are requesting. You will receive a call/email the day the request has been completed, if it is during business hours Monday – Friday. A valid credit card is required to book your furnished apartment.
